I decided to replace the CVT (composition Vinyl Tile) , old school tiles. This stuff is cheep and easy  (just like me ;-) The concrete in the bedrooms had so much adhesive on it that I got sick of trying to scrape and solvent it off so I could acid stain it or something.  So, I decided to just cover it up again with new CVT. Goes with the 60s house anyway.

 

The living and dining room had very little adhesive under the carpet so they were much easier to prep for acid stain.

But first adhesive removal, arrrgg :-/

Aloha Friends,

My mother and I moved to Fayetteville Arkansas from Hawaii and Los Angeles.
After driving 1600 miles with a dog and a cat in this lovely Volvo Wagon

we arrived at our new home
